Who are we?

Members

Our church is a varied group of people, from all walks of life and with varied gifts and responsibilities. They love and follow Jesus Christ, and come together to form our local church. Jesus is the cornerstone of our church, and we do all things to honour and glorify Him. The Bible is our authority for everything we do.

Deacons

Although most decisions are made by the members, we have a team of deacons who facilitate and further the work of the church, under the leadership of the Pastor.

Pastor:

Aron Treharne

Aron has been the Pastor of Penuel church since 2011. He was born and raised in Penygroes, North Wales, and has previously worked in Coleg y Bala (a Christian Youth and Children’s Centre in Bala), before moving to Llansannan to train for the ministry. He trained and completed a degree with DAWN, a tailor made Theological Course. Aron came to Penuel at the start of 2009, before returning to be the assistant Pastor for 2 years. He was then called to Pastor the church. He is married to Elain, and they have 3 children; Hanna, Joseff and Mabli.
